I'm working on studies for a group of large paintings for Hendrick Hospital.  I thought about adding more flowers but, decided I like the two main flowers standing together with a sprinkling of smaller buds surrounding them. These look a little like one of my favorite flowers. I've started another smaller painting of Bird of Paradise- my other favorite. My friend Debbie spent her birthday on Maui and Oahu. She had just returned home when we got the news about Lahaina. So sad. I visited there when I was a teenager with my Girl Scout Troop.
